To authorize the City Clerk and all City of Columbus agencies to modify all contracts and purchase orders established with the Legal Aid Society of Columbus (LASC); to allow for the assignment of all existing and future contracts and purchase orders with Legal Aid Society of Columbus (LASC) to Legal Aid of Southeast and Central Ohio (LASCO); to reflect a name change and Federal Identification Number change as a result of a merger; and to declare an emergency.
