To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to modify a construction contract for the 2022 Utility Cut Restoration Project with Decker Construction Company for the Division of Water, Division of Power, and Division of Sewerage & Drainage; and to authorize the expenditure of $2,000,000.00 from the Water Operating Fund, $550,000.00, from the Sanitary Sewer Operating Fund, and $50,000.00 from the Electricity Fund.
