To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a grant agreement with the Young Men’s Christian Association to provide funding for rental support to the tenants during this final phase of the relocation project, which will begin on February 1, 2024; and to authorize the expenditure of $162,000.00 from the 2024 General Fund Operating Budget. Funding will be advanced to the agency on a predetermined schedule. ($162,000.00)
