Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into a License and Maintenance Agreement with the Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation (BGC) for the purpose of maintaining the landscaping installed by the City along Penn Avenue between Mathilda Street and Evaline Street.
