To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the Indefinite Quantity Contract with Burgess & Niple, Inc. for ADS Flow Monitoring Services and to authorize the expenditure of $76,000.00 from the Sewer Operating Fund.
