To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to modify to increase funding with the appropriate Indefinite Quantity Agreement Contract with Invizions, Inc. for Electrical Substation and Electrical Maintenance Services for the Department of Public Utilities; and to authorize the expenditure of $800,000.00 from the Power Operating Fund.
