To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to modify to increase funding to an Indefinite Quantity Contract with JDM Services, LLC., dba Frank Road Recycling Solutions, for Disposal of Clean Fill Dumping Services for the Division of Water; to authorize the expenditure of $125,000.00 from the Water Operating Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of $45,000.00 from the Sewerage Operating Fund.
