Resolution providing for the establishment of a Lease Agreement(s) and/or Sub-lease Agreement(s) with The New Hazlett Theater for a portion of the City facility known as the Carnegie Free Library of Allegheny and associated property located at 6 Allegheny Square East for an annual rental fee of One Dollar ($1.00) per year for a period of twenty-nine (29) years.
