To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a service agreement in accordance with sole source provisions of the Columbus City Code with Tom Synnott Associates, Inc. for software support of Falcon/DMS software for the Department of Public Utilities; to authorize the expenditure of $2,996.63 from the Electricity Operating Fund, $19,060.50 from the Water Operating Fund, $21,369.37 from the Sewerage System Operating Fund, and $5,698.50 from the Stormwater Operating Fund.
