To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a contract with Gurr Johns Inc., in an amount up to $22,045.00, to provide public art appraisal services; to waive the competitive bidding requirements of the Columbus City Code; to authorize the expenditure of $22,045.00 from the Department of Development’s 2024 General Fund Budget; and to authorize payments for services starting March 1, 2024.
