To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into contract modifications for the General Engineering Services - Water Supply Group GES 2021A and 2021B contracts with Burgess & Niple, Inc., and Hatch Associates Consultants, Inc.; and to authorize an expenditure of up to $800,000.00 from the Water Bond Fund for the contract modifications.
