To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for Light Duty Trucks for the Division of Sewerage and Drainage with Ricart Properties, Inc.; and to authorize the expenditure of $762,000.00 ($682,000.00 Sewerage System Operating Fund and $80,000.00 from the Stormwater Operating Fund); and to declare an emergency.
