To authorize the Administrative and Presiding Judge of the Franklin County Municipal Court to enter into contract with Microgenics Corporation DBA Thermo Fisher Scientific for the rental of a chemistry analyzer; to authorize the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $200,000.00 from the specialized docket and probation user fee funds; and to declare an emergency.
