To authorize the Director of the Recreation and Parks Department to enter into a grant agreement with the Columbus Recreation and Parks Foundation; to authorize the transfer and appropriation of $130,000.00 from the 03 object class to 05 object class within the Recreation and Parks operating fund; and to authorize the expenditure of $130,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Operating Fund.
