To authorize and direct the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into year two (2) of a three (3) year contract with V.A.T., Inc. for transportation services; to authorize the expenditure of $139,500.00 from the Recreation and Parks Operating Fund and $18,600 from the American Rescue Plan Act Fund.
