To authorize the Director of the Department of Neighborhoods to enter into grant agreements with the following non-profit entities: Actions That Matter for Youth, Brown Girls Mentoring, Physicians CareConnection on behalf of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Sigma Iota Zeta Chapter, and Lead with Purpose to provide opportunities for black girls ages 11-22, to authorize the expenditure of up to $52,430.00 from the General Fund, and to declare an emergency.
