To authorize the Directors of the Departments of Technology and Public Utilities to enter into a contract with Hansen Banner, LLC for continued professional services associated with the Hansen CIS system in accordance with sole source provisions of Columbus City Code; to authorize the expenditure of up to $150,000.00; and to declare an emergency.
