Resolution amending Resolution No. 786 of 2016, which authorized the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with O’Brien, Rulis and Bochicchio for legal services relating to workers’ compensation matters, by changing the JDE account string and item number to allow for payments to come from the Workers’ Compensation VEBA trust fund.
