To authorize the Director of Public Service to establish a purchase order with the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO) for landfill use by the Division of Infrastructure Management and the Division of Traffic Management; to authorize the expenditure of $250,000.00 or so much thereof as may be needed from the Street Construction, Maintenance, and Repair Fund (Fund 2265); and to declare an emergency.
