To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into a grant agreement with the State of Ohio, Department of Development, Office of Energy and Environment (OEE) for the Blackburn Park and Alum Industrial Energy Efficiency Grant Project and accept a grant in the amount of $156,193.00; to authorize the appropriation of $156,193.00 in the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund; and to declare an emergency.
