To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into a grant agreement with the State of Ohio, Department of Development, Office of Energy and Environment (OEE) for the Cleo Dumaree Athletic Complex and Franklin Park Adventure Center Energy Efficiency Project and accept a grant in the amount of $250,000.00; to authorize the appropriation of $250,000.00 in the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund; and to declare an emergency.
