To authorize the appropriation and expenditure of up to $1,050,000.00 of HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME-ARP) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; to authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a commitment letter, loan agreement, promissory note, mortgage, and restrictive covenant with Touchstone Field Place II in an amount up to $1,050,000.00 for the Touchstone Field Place II project.
