To authorize the Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) to enter into a grant agreement with Classic for Columbus Inc in support of the Classic for Columbus Academy job readiness programming and College Basketball All-Star Game event; to authorize the transfer of $25,000.00 within the General Fund; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $25,000.00 within the Job Growth subfund; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $25,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
