Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of Innovation & Performance, and the Director of Human Resources & Civil Service to enter into an Amendment or Amendments to extend the existing Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the County of Allegheny for the Enterprise Resource Planning system by one (1) calendar year through December 31, 2018, and to provide for the payment of fees for support services at a cost not to exceed Four Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand and Zero Dollars ($472,000.00).
