Memorandum of Understanding between Mixtape LLC and the Bloomfield Garfield Corporation to extend the hours of operation.” so as to approve rescindment of the Conditional Licensing Agreement between Mixtape, LLC and the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, which had incorporated the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding between Mixtape, LLC and the Bloomfield-Garfield Corporation, as amended pursuant to Resolution Number 651 of 2016, and Section 6, as approved in Resolution Number 404 of 2015.
