To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for four (4) Ford F-250 pickup trucks and two (2) Ford F-150 pickup trucks with snow and light packages for the Department of Public Service with George Byers Sons; to authorize the expenditure of $398,512.00 from Municipal Motor Vehicle Tax Fund; and to declare an emergency.
