To authorize the Director of the Department of Recreation and Parks to enter into a grant agreement with Make The Right Choice Columbus in support of their youth resources and referral programming; to authorize an expenditure of $100,000.00 within the Recreation and Parks Operation and Extension Fund; to authorize payment of reasonable food and non-alcoholic beverage expenses; and to declare an emergency.
