To authorize the Executive Director of the Office of CelebrateOne to transfer $290,000.00 within the Ohio Department of Medicaid Enhanced Maternal Health Program Grant, Government Grant Fund; to authorize multiple not-for-profit contracts with existing sub-grantees for the Enhanced Maternal Health Program in Columbus and Central Ohio; to authorize the expenditure of up to $290,000.00 from the Government Grant Fund; and to declare an emergency.
