To authorize the Director of the Office of Education to enter into 2024 ESC summer programming contracts with high-quality prekindergarten organizations that provide high-quality educational services; to authorize the appropriation of $800,000.00 from the Job Growth subfund; to authorize the expenditure of $974,250.00 from the General Fund; and to waive competitive bidding provisions of the Columbus City Codes.
