To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into contract with A&S Play Zone LLC dba A&S Party Rental for open play activities, games and attractions for 2024 Cap City Festivals; to authorize the expenditure of $12,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Operating Fund and $60,000.00 from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and to declare an emergency.
