To authorize the Director of the Recreation and Parks Department to enter into a grant agreement with the Mid-Ohio Foodbank to provide general operating support funds raised through the Empty Bowls program; and to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of $10,685.00 from the Recreation and Parks Special Purpose Fund.
