To authorize and direct the Director of Recreation and Parks to modify a contract with MC-NC, LLC Company to provide an additional $55,000.00 for allowed expenses under the contract, to authorize the appropriation of $55,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the Debt Retirement Fund, and to authorize the expenditure of $55,000.00 from the Debt Retirement Fund.
