To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to enter into a contract with Americas Generators, Inc. for the purchase of one (1) Portable Standby Generator with Trailer for the Division of Water, Control Center; and to authorize the expenditure of $175,990.00 from the Water Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
