To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept a two month grant extension from Ohio Department of Health in the amount of $203,275.00 for the Implementing Enhanced HIV Prevention and Surveillance for Health Departments to End the HIV Epidemic in Ohio Grant Program, for a new total award amount of $1,103,275.00, and a new grant period of August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2024; to authorize the appropriation of $203,275.00 from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund; and to declare an emergency.
