To authorize the Finance and Management Director to associate all General Budget Reservations resulting from this ordinance with the appropriate Universal Term Contract Purchase Agreement for the purchase of general contracting for maintenance, service, repairs and renovations, with 2K General Co. for the Division of Facilities Management; to authorize the expenditure of $200,000.00 from the General Fund; to authorize the transfer and expenditure of $500,000.00 from the Construction Management Capital Improvement Fund; to authorize an amendment to the 2023 Capital Improvements Budget; and to declare an emergency.
