To authorize and direct the appropriation of $50,000.00 within the Neighborhood Initiatives Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of $20,000.00 from the Health Special Revenue Fund and $50,000.00 from the Neighborhood Initiatives Fund to pay The Columbus Foundation, Foundation for Columbus Public Health, for the management of the 2024 Community Gardening Projects.
