To appropriate funds within the Brewery District TIF Fund; to transfer funds from the Brewery District TIF Fund to the Brewery District Fund; to appropriate funds within the Brewery District Fund; to authorize the Interim Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Decker Construction Company for the Roadway - W.
