To amend the 2023 Capital Improvement budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the Interim Director of Public Service to enter into contract with Complete General Construction Company for the Intersection - Cleveland Avenue at Myrtle Avenue project; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,250,567.84 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund and the Community Development Act Fund for the project; and to declare an emergency.
