To authorize the Director of the Department of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Fleet Management Division, to establish purchase orders for vehicle rental services with Enterprise Holdings, Inc. in accordance with the State of Ohio cooperative contract; to authorize the expenditure of $175,000.00 from the Fleet Management Operating Fund; and to declare an emergency.
