To authorize the Director of the Civil Service Commission to enter in a grant agreement with the Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio for the purpose of administering the 2024-2025 EDGE Program; to authorize the expenditure $300,000.00 from the General Fund; and to declare an emergency.
