To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept a two-month grant extension from Ohio Department of Health in the amount of $115,955.00 for HIV Prevention Grant Program, for a new total award amount of $2,264,815.00, and a new grant period of January 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024; to authorize the appropriation of $115,955.00 from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund; and to declare an emergency.
