To authorize the Director of the Department of Neighborhoods to enter into grant agreement with All Nations Worship Assembly of Columbus in support of summer youth employment and programs; to authorize the expenditure from the general fund; to authorize the purchase of food and/or beverage items, which serve the public for the purpose of administering summer youth employment and programming; and to declare an emergency.
