Resolution amending Resolution 475 of 2024, which authorized an amended Agreement or Agreements with AE7 Pittsburgh LLC for costs associated with the 412 Boulevard of the Allies Project, by amending JDE account information and by increasing the total spend by Twenty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars and Forty-Four Cents ($27,650.44) for a new not to exceed amount of Six Hundred Two Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents ($602,390.75).
