Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with IIA Lifting Services for professional services relating to the testing and inspection of ground ladders for a sum not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) over one year.
