NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby congratulates Michael on this major life achievement; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council hereby declares Tuesday, December 5, 2017, “Michael John Allen Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
