Resolution authorizing the Mayor through the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding to implement the Pittsburgh Financial Inclusion Project Plan created as a result of participation in the National League of Cities Financial Inclusion Cohort, which will further provide for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed $15,000 dollars for this stated purpose.
