NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby honor the late Gloria George Flateau Leonard and thank her for her service to the City of Pittsburgh; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, January 20, 2018, to be “Gloria George Leonard Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
