Resolution approving the recommendation made by the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure that the concrete portion of Hillcrest Street, between N. Graham Street and N. Fairmount Street be paved with asphalt in accordance with Section 417.06 of the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances.
