Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with MuniServices for the provision of audit services for all applicable cable franchise and telecommunication Public Right of Way (PROW) agreements. MuniServices will receive a contingency fee of 28% of all new revenue collected as a result of the audits.
