Resolution amending Resolution #389 of 2017 which authorized the issuance of 4 warrants in the total sum of Eighty-five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00) in favor of the Department of Community & Economic Development, 400 North Street, 4th Floor, Harrisburg, PA 17120, in accordance with Article V of the Emergency Shelter Grant agreement no. C000051736 in full and final settlement of a claim made by the Department of Community & Economic Development by changing the issuance to 1warrant and in favor of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
